By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Plata-usa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. Plata-usa is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and does not endorse any opinions expressed therein.

We reserve the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Service.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Plata-usa.

In the event of a payment dispute, you must contact us within thirty (30) days of the disputed charge. Failure to do so will result in your waiver of any claims related to the disputed charge.

In no event shall Plata-usa’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

10. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations to pay any outstanding fees or charges incurred prior to termination.
